Client:
Shell Energy Europe

Objective:
To develop an international strapline to underpin the Shell Energy brand across the UK, Italy and Germany

Methodology:
In collaboration with our partners in Italy and Germany, we carried out telephone interviews with senior energy procurement executives in major employers across the three countries.

Outcome:
The research identified three out of ten straplines that would be acceptable from a global perspective, three that were totally unacceptable globally with the balance being favoured in individual countries only.
