The BIG award 2018 went to Johnny Heinmann of ag analytics for a paper he presented regarding how he transformed a client’s business, which was generating a lot of sales but not a lot of profit, into a profit making business by rationalising its customer base. The voting papers showed Holland’s submission was a very close second with a paper entitled “Increase job satisfaction”. Other papers presented included:
