It’s Denmark…again

The BIG award 2018 went to Johnny Heinmann of ag analytics for a paper he presented regarding how he transformed a client’s business, which was generating a lot of sales but not a lot of profit, into a profit making business by rationalising its customer base. The voting papers showed Holland’s submission was a very close second with a paper entitled “Increase job satisfaction”. Other papers presented included:
•FCM Travel Solutions (France):
•How to reach difficult targets (Italy)
•How to deal with non paying clients (Turkey)
•“The customer is always right … or is he?” (UK)
